What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
If you are not home when your order arrives, the postman will leave it in your mailbox. If the package doesn’t fit in your mailbox, the postman will leave a receipt for you to go and pick it up at your local postoffice.

How do I pay for my order?
In any of the following ways: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Bitcoin. We do not accept Bank transfers, COD or Cash.

How do I use a promotion code?
You’ll see the option to ‘Enter a Promo Code’ at the online checkout. To redeem the offer, just enter your code into the box. Only one code can be used per transaction. Make sure you do this before placing your order - promotion codes cannot be applied afterwards.
What will my credit card statement say?
We use stealth descriptors. The Dutchorange.org name will not appear on your statement.
The credit card transaction was refused, what to do?
If you have money on your account but the transaction is declined, then it is a blocking of your bank, just call the number on the back of your card and stipulate that you want to authorize the transaction on the site TXINFO.TECH, it is useless to mention the site DutchOrange.org but TXINFO.TECH.
Your bank will unlock the card in the moment and you will be able to reorder.
How do I return any unwanted or unsuitable items?

If you’ve been unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
Is Dutch Orange legal in my country?
Dutch Orange does not take any responsibilities if you import an illegal item in your country. Please verify the laws regarding Dutch Orange importation in your country. Please note that we ship from Netherlands. Dutchorange.org does not advocate breaking any laws.
Will I be positive for saliva or urine test?
Dutch Orange does not contain any natural THC. However it is possible that some test comes back positive. Dutchorange.org do not recommend using our products if you expect to be tested.
